RETURNS

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return your items. We only accept returns on full priced items any sale items will not be refundable. All items must have their labels on and be in perfect condition: free of marks and odors. When you have checked your item are eligible for return, please print and complete our returns form, this can be found below. Place it inside the Parcel ready to send to.

Please keep in mind if you fail to take care of our products, we have the right to refuse the item and we will not issue a refund. Return expenses are paid by the customer and it is the customers responsibility we receive the items so we recommended using a tracked service. Please keep your tracking number and receipt of purchase until all items get delivered back to us. 

When we recieve your item a member of the team will inspect it and a confirmation email will be send to let you know we have accepted your return. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show in your account however, if you still have not received the refund by this time then please do not hesitate to contact us.
